The British Car Club of Charleston will host a drive to the beautiful Cypress Gardens in Monks Corner on May 30th. Club members are bringing lunches with them and we’ll use their picnic area. Enjoy picturesque views along 3.5 miles of walking/hiking paths which loop through the swamp and gardens. Stroll along original dikes from the rice-growing era, keeping an eye out for wildlife or visit the butterfly house or swamparium which houses many reptiles indigenous to our area. You can also rent a boat and paddle around in the amazing cypress swamp.
Admission is $10 or $9 for seniors. Boats are $10.
