Key programming Pinellas County / Clearwater, FL

Looking to have a second key cut and programmed for a 2000 XK8. Hoping to avoid dealer pricing. Any local locksmiths or Indy shops with the tools to cut and program?

I would say try calling Crown in St. Pete and at least get a quote first.
