Motoring Morning - Saturday May 9
Let's see if we can get some forum members in attendance!!!
NEW EVENT - BCCC of Charleston presents it’s first (of many we hope) Motoring Morning this Saturday, May 9th at Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park (where we hold British Car Day). It is a casual cars and coffee type event for British cars only. Clean bathrooms, beautiful scenery (in addition to the Brit Beauties), and lots of free parking!
For a great start to your weekend, join us from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with refreshments provided by the BCCC. This is open to all folks with British cars, not just BCCC members so be sure to tell everyone about it.
It’s not a show, but we will definitely enjoy showing off our Brit Beauties and enjoying the camaraderie. So wake up your BCCC Club spirit and help promote this new event!

Although the coast was being threatened by an approaching tropical storm, the morning started off quite nicely. With top down, headed to this mornings gathering only to hit rain within 5 miles from home. Continued anyway to a small turnout - but great gathering of British car enthusiasts from around the area.
Only 2 Jags in attendance - my XK8 and Jaglover02 with his XJS. Took in a walk along the pier for a few shots of the Charleston Harbor, USS Yorktown and Mt Pleasant SC War Memorial
