Lower lower south east, key largo,Fl. Just joined. Purchased 2005 XJ8 VDP. Hello and all good stuff. Really happy with car. Drove home from Ft Meyers (3hrs.)with no issues, but getting display one day later of air fault suspension fault. I know this is common, seems to come and go. Handy, sensible, and can turn a wrench. Read about some issues, and will research more. If you have thoughts let me know. Again new and need to post minimums to be qualified to forum. Relay #4?? Thanks, love to drive the car a while without fault display. She's a beauty.

I have the same vehicle and had the same problem except the light went from Amber to red "vehicle too low". Jag Repairs replaced a rear air bag and did a great job. Nice guy and really knows the product. Pompano beach. index.

I experienced the same problem with my recently purchased 2005 XJ8L, and took it over to the dealer for repair. Their mechanic said that the air compressor was weak, and I had them replace it. It still didn't take care of the fault, and the mechanic couldn't find any air leak anywhere. Now I'm having Goodyear install a standard coil/shock conversion kit from Arnott Industries on all four wheels.
