Congrats on the new Jag! I took mine to Carmine's Imports in Kernersville for a pre-purchase inspection. They have all the Jag software and are friendly and knowledgable. They will let you know everything that needs to be done, and then you can tackle the items you want to do.

Congratulation on your XJR ownership! I purchased an XK around the same time and live in Winston-Salem. Bring it to the Winston-Salem Cars and Coffee event sometime: I'd love to meet you. It's held at Reynolda Village and the event is open to all cars but has a large and interesting European car showing. It is held on the
second Saturdays each month (I think from April-October?) from 9am-12noon. And I second Richard's recommendation of joining the Carolina Jaguar Club. I've met some members and it seems like a wonderful group!
