Surging during idle and while running

Surging during idle and while running

This has probably been addressed somewhere in this awesome forum but I am having a trouble finding.
2006 XJ8L while idle surging about 2-300 rpms. Same thing is happening while it is running normal speeds. Can notice it when using cruise control. I have checked all the air intake clamps they were secure and tight. Can this be a MAP issue or is there another electronic component that can cause this?
