Default LED Headlights

I'm new to this! Happily own a 2005 Type X Estate, black on black with 109000 miles. Can I install LED lights into the same housing without retrofit? I have no clue "how to go about this procedure." If I can, will I notice a big improvement driving our dark Colorado mountain roads without having to utilize high beams? Additionally, is there a process to clean the outside lens to make them clearer? Foggy around the circumferences right now. Thank you for your courtesies extended. John

I dont think there's an LED kit for these cars, im assuming you mean HID? you can use the same housing, but the wiring is a bit different, its not as simple as swapping a bulb. Yes you will notice a difference as HID bulbs throw more light and farther.

there are tutorials on youtube on how to clean the headlight lenses, its actually easy

Here's a link to a web site that does LED headlight / fog light testing. One of several on the internet.
