Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone else just got a new FPace and only one keyfob. I was told due to the chip shortage, the other will come later. Basically they said here's your keys (post purchase) and proceeded to tell me they only have one. I insisted I get something in writing that says I only received one keyfob and the other is still due to me. I originally got the "trust me you have my word" which was a no go. Well I got an email from the manager but not timeframe. Can you please share your own experiences on this?

PS I though tI posted this yesterday but can't find my thread. Any tips on how you can easily find/see all your threads on the jaguar forums?

 

This has been reported on various JLR cars. They don't have enough chips, so new owners only get ONE key fob, for now.

Go to the SEARCH link on the black bar across a page.
Then you can search by your Username, and by a date, timeframe, or sub-forum.
