Default Artist Point drive?

Out illustrious leader took a wild band of Jags to scenic Artist point last year (That was Nuts!). I was curious if any had interest in repeating the event?

Hind sight says some back roads added significant time, and made for a long day.
What I propose if any are interested is a run straight up I-5 (grrrrr) to Burlington for lunch.
From Burlington to Artist point is still 2 hours of blissful drive.

June 11 & 28th are open. The 18th not so much
July gets really busy.

Any interested thoughts?

I think either dates in June could work for me. I'd take Highway 9 north into Burlington to meet for lunch rather than I5. Highway 9 gets really nice north of Arlington.

I can't do anything in July because I'll be on vacation.
