I guess it's time to start spinning this back up! I think that exotics fires up late next month. I just got out and shineyed up the Jag on Sunday. Looking forward to all the fun stuff this year!

Just to correct: it is Jaguars on the ISLAND, July 25 to 27, 2014. This is the largest Jaguar show in North America! Your car wants to be on the field...every Jaguar welcome, from the 1930'as to 2014, and this year the featured models are the early saloons. Just tried out my Victoria wax last night. Great stuff! Here's to getting "geared up" for a fun year!

Victoria Wax is the best I have found - and I have used everything, including Zymol. With Victoria Wax, the more coats you put on, the better the car looks - the procedure of smoothing the wax into the pain with the warmth of your bare hand fills in all the inevitable swirl marks; on dark cars it produces a mirror-like finish that is so deep.

I might try out the Spring Thing Rally on the 26th. I might be out of place with all those classics, but I'm curious what its all about.
