Welcome all!
This forum always encourages individuals to step up and make gatherings happen! Just don't expect the turnout of a Mopar or Audi events.
(I belong to 2 other car clubs just to keep me getting my fix!)
It's unfortunate that the size of this group is already severely hampered just because of the limited number of Jags imported to the US. Of those, even less are found in the Pacific Northwest. And of course, our average age means life gets in the way more often than we would like to admit.
In my time here, I've come to classify owners into 3 categories. 1.) Those that drive their cars. 2.) Those that show their cars. 3.) Those that could care less about interacting with other owners.
I more or less cater to group 1, and try for spring and summer happenings.
Anyone wanting to try for a cars and coffee event, please do! It's not my forte, but I would try to attend if possable!
Here is a list of drives we have done in the past:
Mt Baker
Ocean Shores
Satsop
Rainier Loop
Astoria/Longbeach Loop (was this a Jag drive?)
Hood Canal Loop
Yakima Canyon Loop
Sunrise
Pt Townsend\Fort Warden
Leavenworth Loop (Annual Event)
NewCastle
St Helens (West entrance)
Grand Coulee Dam
North Cascades
Snoqalmie Falls
Hurricane Ridge
Winter sucks, 'cause we have to stay at low elevations, hindering destinations.
Peace!
Vince
(At least my XKR got out last weekend for a little fun thanks to blue skies!)

2015R Salsa F-Type here.
Seriously people we gained a great member with Tork Monster - welcome aboard! The guy is/was a Chrysler forum legend. Honored to drive the same car as him finally (as in caught up lol).
Hope you are loving the F-Type R exhaust although in sheer roar you can't top your cutouts on that Hemi 300! When I'm ever up in Seattle, or you are in the PDX area, we have to grab lunch.

Yes, please drop me a note when you are in Seattle, and I will do the same if I am in your area. We are due a good road trip, and Portland is a favorite.
I think Cars & Coffee would be a good way of getting Jag owners together. Too few Jags, and too few Jag owners are obsessed like the Mopar guys.
Here is a video of the first run I attended in 2007, drive up to Mount St. Helens. FORTY-EIGHT cars!

I am just waiting for a place and time to go. Daily driver. I was the vice president of a cobalt ss car club. Most cars was about 12. Very limited production of the ss supercharged or turbo versions.
Point definance park was a nice place that was easy to get to and places for cars to park all together. Used to charge 10 dollars each or bring food to the event. Had lots of food every time.
Picked a date and had everybody sign up in advance. If not enough cars it was cancelled which almost never happened.

To make it easy we also picked a place to eat that was right on the freeway. Centrailia is a half way spot or there abouts between seattle and portland. Lucky eagle is in that area as well. The new ilani casino has lots of parking also which is in LaCenter area just north of vancouver washington.

We did a winter drive in 2015. It was well attended with about 8 cars as I recall. Thread here: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/u...s-meet-134980/
So not everyone is afraid to get their cat wet!
The way you set up a drive is to start a new thread in the Northwest section with the proposed date and destination. Back roads drives are the most popular, but not many will turn out for gravel or dirt. (Not to say we've never done it before!)
Let me know and I can sent private messages out to the whole Northwest Group, in case they don't check the forum often.
I see we have a few more to add to the list. Welcome all!

On the coast
Thanks for the welcome, Vince.
I just got back from a large loop around the NE part of the state yesterday. On Wednesday I took I90 out to Spokane and then headed north to Colville and stayed the night before cutting in across the 20 and then down the 97. I managed to hit 3 mountain passes in one day. Sherman at 7am, Blewett at noon, and then Snoqualmie around 3pm. I wasn't expecting the compact snow and ice on Sherman (report said bare and dry) so I had some pretty white knuckles by the time I hit 5500'.
(Because it looks like you like to drive as much as I do... Some Jag **** for ya!)
