Cool 2001 Jag S Type 4.0 A/C problem

I've had no luck with this Jaguar so far ..First the timing chains ($1.200) but Jim's Jag did a great job! And now the heater blend door on the driver's side broke and blows warm air all the time...That part is discontinued and I am looking for it everywhere but I'm not able to find it...I would also buy the whole HVAC case if anyone knows of someone selling. Texas summer is coming and I'm about to get fried bahahaha! At least the passenger's side blows cold air but...in such a big car it takes forever to cool down.
I'd appreciate any help.

Thanks everyone!

Are you sure it's a blend door? The common problem with that symptom is a faulty heater control valve.
