Please welcome Cergun & anindyam as joint Regional Coordinators
Hi all,
can you please help me to welcome Cergun to the team, as our "Regional Coordinator"
His role as Regional Coordinator is to help to promote his region to the best of his ability.
Instances would include the following.......
Perhaps welcome any new members from the "new member" area and direct them to the regional area where they can chat with other like minded individuals from the same locale.
Keep order as required and if necessary.............make the mod team aware of any issues and request help as may be needed.
Discuss / organise meets and events in the region etc etc as they see fit.
If there's anything either I or any of the mod team can do to help in any way, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Thanks Cergun and good luck.

Thank you!
Thank you all for the warm welcome.
I am very glad to share the duty with anindyam.
I have a few ideas that I would like to hear your thoughts about and learn from your experiences.
Meet and drive events. I would like to learn from your experiences, what are the list of items/tasks to be considerate about? what type of meets get more attendance eg. meet and drive, breakfast etc?
Is it possible to use the "community power" to get special discounts from local dealers for the forum members? would that cause a "conflict of interest" with the advertisement policies?
How hard would it be to setup a "fair like" event to have Jag accessory sellers to come and setup stands, or maybe swap meet kind of event at the same time.
At the end of the day, I feel like owning a Jaguar is beyond owning a vehicle to go from A to B, there is a lot of enthusiasm to it.
Only thing I am sure about is, I cannot do any of these without your help.
Looking forward to your thoughts.

Ray,
This is a very old thread with the last post being more than eight years ago in April 2015.
anindyam is still here as of end of June 2023 but cergun hasn't been here for over four years since January 2019.
I recommend you remove the eMail address and phone number from your Signature. It's a gift for spammers and not necessary for forum communication where members can send each other an eMail or PM (Private Message) just by clicking on the username at the top of any post.
