My wife is the Director of the Lane Library District and she puts on a nice little car show each year in Creswell which is about 10 mi south of Eugene off I-5. This year its on Sunday, August 8th from 12-4 pm. I would be in big trouble if I didn't show, but would be nice to have some other Oregon Jags there as well.

Its a great opportunity to use some of the back roads through the Willamette Valley. I have attached a flyer. If interested, I would be glad to send you a registration form. We will accept entries day of the show.

Hi Jerry! I live out in Veneta. I just bought an 03 STR today. I know about the Sports Car Shop and they seem really nice. But I was hoping to find a smaller less costly shop to have some work done on my new/used car. Who do you recommend?

Great choice of car! If I didn't have a couple of kids in college, I would consider one as they are excellent value for money. The SCS is the only place I would recommend. I have to admit I am biased though, I have known the owners a very long time. However, I think their reputation speaks for itself.

Since you are in the area, always like to bench race and talk cars.

Any chance the car show is happening in 2021? Could be a nice day drive from Klamath.

 

Sorry, the show has not been held for several years. We replaced it with a monthly Cars & Coffee we hope to resume in May. There is a nice car show in Saginaw, just north of Cottage Grove at Delight Valley Church. Great turnout of 70-80 cars, free BBQ lunch. Have not heard if it will happen this year (June or July) with Covid. PM me if interested and I can find out details.

 

I'm in Greenville, SC so less than a 3 hour drive will definitely be interested in joining this meeting!
