Hey guys!
Summer is here and it’s time to bring out the jags for some fun! First meet of the summer, we’ll start off in the south bay.
We are going to be meeting at the Del Amo Shopping Mall (Hawthorne) and then taking a scenic drive through the hills of PV (right next to the beach). Makes for some great driving, pictures, and good times with fellow jaguar enthusiast.
What: 1st official (jagaur forums) Socal Jaguar meet of the summer
When: Saturday June 19, 2010
9:30am – Meet and Greet (There is a starbucks in the mall not so far away) Get to know fellow jaguar lovers and their great rides. Show off your own ride!
11am – Leave for the Scenic Drive
12AM – Scenic Drive ends in Long Beach (aquarium of the pacific)
Where: Meeting at Del Amo Shopping Mall (Parking Structure, Very top floor)
Why: Meet fellow Jaguar enthusiast, take a relaxing and fun scenic drive of the Southbay, all while looking good doing it (in your jaaaaag!).
Description:
We will be meeting at the top of the Del Amo Shopping mall parking structure at 9:30 AM. For those that want to go on the scenic drive We will be leaving the parking structure at 11AM and head south to the PV area. The drive shouldn’t take more than an hour or so and will end in Long Beach by the Aqaurium of the Pacific. Instructions for the scenic drive will be given at the meet (rally instructions) with what roads to take as well as distances, but if everyone stays close by it really more of a fallow the leader kind of thing. Instructions to the meet will be posted ahead of time, and the Rally instructions / scenic drive directions will be posted as well.
This is a Jaguar meet, but all other cars are more than welcome to come
Spread the word!

Nice initiative there transporter
and a great idea.Got a little over 2 weeksa before the suggested date so hopefully you'll get good numbers......Please feel free to also post into the off topic section as suggested for more exposure, but refer everyone to this thread so you get all replies in the main thread.....hopefully easier for you that way.
The mods and I will help promote in any way we can too if needed.....Please just ask!

In the meantime this thread will be made sticky.......keep bumpin it up to the top to get as much exposure as possible.
Good luck
Awesome! Its gonna be a fun meet for sure! Its pretty much in the middle for all the LA and orange county people, so there will be a good turn out.
The scenic / rally drive is going to be real fun. Lots of nice long roads with fantastic views, and a fair share of ("S" button on) road carving parts!

bummer... my car is torn down right now. I'm fixing a leaky hose under the supercharger, sending the blower out to get ported and lowering it. I'll be out there next time.

Hate to wake an old thread, but I did not yet have my car when this was scheduled.
I was wondering how this went, and more importantly, when can we do it again?
