Question about Rotors and Brake Pads...
Hi,
I need to put some new rotors and pads on the front of my 2004 xType. I am not very mechanical and have a shop that I use. I came across this eBay listing for rotors and ceramic pads. It's a real deal compared to my quote of $107pads and $197rotors.
I'd really appreciate any feedback on this listing from someone who knows something about parts/brakes.
Thanks for your help!

Okay, it says the eBay listing has been removed. I'd be cautious about getting the brake parts off eBay when a specific brand isn't listed, or enough information isn't supplied.
My 2 cents would be to go for Akebono pads (got mine for $80 or so), and whatever rotor you feel like. All rotors are quintessentially made of the same thing.
Now, where to buy them. People like various websites. I've used thepartsbin.com and had success. Others like Rockauto.com , not to mention Jagbits, or Coventry West if you'd like something a bit more OEM.
I got all my brake parts (rotors and pads) for the front of my car for $140 or so.
