I want to rotate my car tires, i want to move the front ones to the back. I drive a 84 Toyota Celica, will this be safe?

 

Yes. Perfectly safe to rotate front to back and back to front unless you have a staggered fitment (rear tires are wider than the front). If all four tires are the same size, it is not only safe, it is recommended. It will make the tires last much longer.

My preferred pattern (when not running staggered) is front wheel goes straight back, and the back wheel goes diagonal.
