Default water leak

I have a jaguar x type 2.0 diesel from 2003 and noticed that it enters water from under the dash right where the 3 tubes go to the heating radiator it is not coolant fluid because i didn't noticed eny loss and it did not rain so much and the cabin air filter housing is dry and clean

sounds to me like you have a clogged condensate drain,
