Default #@$* pot holes ...

Damn potholes in NY are the worst. Got a nice air bubble on my front left tire now ... I was only going about 30 Mph, the pothole was full of water, thing was like 2 feet wide and atleast half a foot deep. sucks. no damage to the front bumper from what I can see ... Might have to get an alignment done too.

Oh wells, I was looking to replace the stock Conti's anyways ...

potholes are universal. lost 2 of my 18's so far, and the buggers are discontinued. after about 20 phone calls across the country i finally found one guy who had 2 in stock.only bright side was that they cost me about 1/2 of the original cost per wheel.

Hey JP................Havew you thought about claiming against the local highways agency / govt dept?
I know if that happened to me over here I'd certainly be putting a claim in. After all thats what you pay your taxes for??

Give it a go!

It was in soho/chinatown area between broadway and canal.

The BQE is horrible. The Belt Pkwy is sweeet at 3 am.

I really should look into filinga claim, although it'll probably be a waste of time, as nothing ever gets done in this city ...

last pot hole I hit in England did £750 of damage. Luckily did manage to get the money from the council. Now giving the car back to lease company, so if anyone is after a Sport alloy with tyre that has hardly been used let me know, as I have refitted the (slighlty ) damaged one.
