02 jag xtype 2.5l issue. Pls help

02 jag xtype 2.5l issue. Pls help

my jag is having some sorta issue. when i shift from 2nd to 3rd there is a small grind sound and thats it but it only does it when the car is warmed up. i push the clutch all the way in but it still seems to do that can anybody give me some advice

Might be time to change the fluid, seems to me that if you're not hearing it when the motor is cold you are having viscosity break down on the fluid.
