Default '03 Wiper Fluid Reservior Replacement

Can anyone suggest an easy method to replace the wiper fluid reservior? I have tried to get access, but it seems like I need to remove the right side panel or the front bumper to get it out.

mbratton, in short, the easiest way is to pull the bumper cover off. I know removing the cover sounds like a lot of work. Trust me, the first time it will take you about 45 minutes to pull off, but after that it will go much quicker. Once you get the bumper cover off, the replacement will go really quick. It will be right there in your lap.

If you need help getting the bumper cover off, let me know. There are 2 bolts that are hidden, but once you find those, the rest are there for you to get at.

The best way to get to it is take the front right wheel off. Then take the wheel inner liner off. It will be right there towards the front of the car. You might want to fill it up with water after you have it in sight and check for leaks. A common problem is that it leaks around the rubber grommets where the hoses go into it. Easy fix, just let it drain down low enough then put some silicone around it.

I've tried the R wheel route before, but still couldn't remove the bottle. I think I'll take a crack at the front bumper cover. Thanks Jac and Thermo

Your not going to be able to remove it by removining the front bumper. You have to take the right front wheel off to be able to to do it. "Been there and have done it"
