Default 2002 X-Type no air volume on defrost

I have done the repair to the air bypass door to fix my fogging problem but I am not getting much volume out of the defrost. All other air vent selections give good air volume. I replaced the pollen filter as well but no luck. I looked at all the acctuators under the glove box side and all appear to turn with different selections to console, so doesn't seem to be electrical or a bad acctuator. Could the door inside the console be stuck or broke? If so how do I access it to check or fix?

Try pulling your cabin filter back out and make sure you blend door is open a little. If not, put something in there like a pencil to keep it open a little bit.

Thanks. Just fixed the blend door by gluing the acctuator arm in, so that issue is resolved. But I still do not have much air volume out of the defrost.
