Default 04 Xtype 3.0 Code update. Still cant figure it out

So a couple months ago my xtype 'hiccuped' while driving and threw a CEL. When I checked the code it read P0171 p0174 p1642, after driving it home it then threw p1642 and p1111. then finally it threw all those plus p1796 and p1797. Battery is fine. I changed out the O-Rings which had a definite vacuum leak, after that I replaced the crank case hose from the old smooth, which didnt seem to have any cracks, with the new ribbed version..

Im stuck now because I still have the codes. My OBD scan tool can't erase the codes, it just says erase fail. So I disconnected the battery for 30 min and it still didnt clear the codes.. I dont know what my next step is to do..
Thanks in advance

Also, Car runs and drives fine. No sputtering or lagging. Never has it gone into limp mode.

Try turning the car on and off 6 times, that should clear whatever codes are being stored by the computer.

P1642, P1796 & P1797 are each CAN bus faults. Could be oddities never to be repeated or could be a real problem - keep an eye out for them.

If you can, look at LTFT values (some scanners call them LONGFT) at idle & 2500rpm, engine warm, parked. If you've an air leak they'll start high and head low as you rev.

You may have to complete several complete drive cycles for the codes to clear on their own. A drive cycle typically includes engine going from cold to operating temp, driving at or above a certain speed (usually 40-45mph) with accelerations/decelerations, and then the ignition off for usually 30-45 minutes. Depending on the code and manufacturer (I'm not certain what Jaguar's specs are), it could clear in as few as 2-3 drive cycles, or can be as many 80.
