hi guys put my cra up on a ramp and was under having a look and cant seem to locate the thermostat, this is a uk spec x type now i was my head level with the sump and looked on the driver and passenger side.... so is there thermostat back further than that or was in the right area???

#7 on the diagram is the thermostat. You can download the tech manual from the How To section at the top of the x400 forum.

 

found it thanks for the diagram, was quite fiddly, but got it out old one was stuck open, replaced it with the new one and now its leaking.... bolts wont come out they just keep spinning....... i hate this car so much
