Does anyone else have a problem with removing the gas cap? It seems that the one on my car will stick in place in between gas fillings. I have tried a little grease in the threads of the cap but this didn't work to well. Every time I get gas its real hard to unscrew the cap. I am afraid that one of these days its going to break and be stuck in place. The cap is not being overtightened either. Just tightened until one click is heard.

 

Do you hear a rush of air when taking the cap off? Some fuel systems create a strong vacuum making it difficult to remove the gas cap, possibly that is what's happening with yours.
