Usually it won’t effect the o2 sensor plugs getting wet to cause what you have happened. I would check then for connection and also take a look at the very end of the sensor right where the 4 wires go into the sensor for damage. The cooling fans are very close to it when they are moved around while the removal of the radiator and it’s possible that the fan motor or housing has either damaged the wires or even messed up the end of the sensor. This happened to mine when I changed the alternator a few weeks ago.
