Duck, assuming you are changing the filter too, you need 6.7 liters/7.0 quarts of oil. As for the type of oil, that is a question that has been argued many times. There are pros and cons to running any type of oil in the car. Stick with 5W-20 or 5W-30 oil that is from a brand name and you will be fine. The fully synthetic supposedly gives you better mileage (I didn't see it when I used it) and will supposedly prevent wear in the engine better. But, the price of the oil is significantly more. I drove a car out to 188K miles on conventional oil and all was good before I traded it in.

The manual calls for 6.5 Liters which is 6.86 quarts. Put in about 6.5 quarts and the add a little at a time until you reach the full mark.
