2003 X-Type 2.5 48k Salvage title

Assuming this vehicle has a clean body, clean interior, no visible damage, and the most common options - about what is it worth? Thanks.

When you get into salvage titles all bets are off. No one will ever want to buy it from you. You won't be able to trade it in on anything.

I was gonna say 5k. I bought my '03 2.5 in nov. '06 with 24k on it - still under warranty for 13.5k. That mileage and salvage title? Will you be able to insure it?

There's a guy who has a '03 X-Type 2.5 with 48k. It has damage to the driver's side door and front fender with light damage to the frame. I'm told that there is about $1200 in damages total and everything else on the car is near mint, but I haven'tyet seen the car. Just wanted to get an idea of what the car would be worth if it were fixed. The guys is asking 5k as is...
