Whats a cover?Do you mean the front clear lens?If so you need a full headlight.
If you mean headlight protector Ive never seen them.

Drivers side differs depending on where you are in the world.
In the trade throughout the world we describe the sides as left or right as if you are sitting in the car to avoid confusion.Drivers side here in the UK is the RH side but in the US and rest of Europe the drivers side is on the left hand side.
