2003 X-Type... Locked Keys in Trunk
So i locked my keys in my trunk, not sure where the spare is. so AAA got my doors opened but there is no way manually to open my trunk at all? i cant find anything. I dont have a ski hole behind the rear seats arm rest in the center. but i move the locks and it locks then just unlocks again. so i have no idea how to open it. the rear trunk button wont work at all.
Any input or help would be amazing.
Thanks

This may sound crazy, but...
If you have a sturdy yard stick (not too thick), you could slide it between the seats where the 70/30 seatback separation is and try to "push" the seatback release knob. For instance, I have an aluminum one that probably would slide rather easily between the seatbacks. Then, you'd just have to try to fiddle with it to aim for the release knob.
Whatever you try, good luck!

How about removing the seats completely? According to the repair manual you have to remove the lower cushion then the back (upper). The only thing is that you will have to buy the pins that hold the seats when you reinstall them because they are breakables. Only the dealers have them or order them online. If you don't have the JTIS, it is downloadable in the FAQ section.
Good luck!
