My guess is the wheel bearing.

i have this same issue and am about to start working on this.

mine has a sound/vibration a bit like a old propeller plane when ever the steering is turned to the right . when the wheel is brought back to center or left , the sound goes away.

a long time mechanic friend ( owns a tire shop ) instantlly said with a high level of confidence it was a wheel bearing and probbly the left. And this was after i described it to him over the phone. Based on that ill be doing a wheel bearing soon

I have the same problem but only when turning to any of the sides or even going straight, this only stops when brakes are applied for even a very small amount/force.

The car has been Aligned, got new "shoes" and has all the Wheel nuts in the correct Torque and condition.

Can only hear it when the window is down which is a boredom on this ending Summer Days.

Cheers
