Hey Buck............sorry mate, doesn't do it for me. Don't think it matches the style of the car as well as it does on the XF...............The mesh inserts on the existing grille look better IMO

PS.....If you do get that lawnmower Buck, mines worse than yours, maybe you could do mine too?..lol

I love it! Good Stuff Buck. I'm guessing it wasn't too hard to fit the new grill?

My 12 year old could fit it.Just 4 bolts to remove/refit.Make sure they go back in the same place though to avoid hig spotting the bonnet I heard.

i like the design but would look better with a tighter mesh and no emblem...or painted mesh it came with, with the chrome emblem.

I love it buck! Looks good! I'd like to see what it'd look like with the jag emblem smaller and offset from one side to the other? Either way it looks good!

Sorry for late reply...been on hols...1100 mile sin a week to Cheddar Gorge in Somerset(tyre blew on motorway at 70mph and abs/eng light came on day later (link lead to r/f abs sensor causing cruise to stop too!!))

Anyway 2009MY grill is around £100 badge is around £12
Works out cheaper than the older stainless (or black) mesh.

As long as you aren't having it shipped to North America...then it's quite a bit more...

The UK dealers are cheaper than Adamesh and other ebay sites for the 2009MY grille.
Try aUS dealer, they may be good value too?? (also no shipping then)

Buck, haven't found a NA dealer that knows much about 2009MY X-Types. Last one I talked to said they could get the 2009MY grill for about $US250 but would come unpainted?

Wow $250[]....that sucks.
They come assembled and primed, you need to disassemble, get the surround painted and then reassemble.
Its not often we get a better deal on automotive itemsover here[&:]
