NYC, If you remove the headlight housing, there is a bolt under the headlight. Loosen it, slide the ground for the ballast there using a ring lug. I want to say that right next to the ground spot was a nice flat area for you to double side tape the ballast to. Worst case, a few zip ties and it will go on the side of the frame support right there.

As for drilling the hole in the headlight covers, I used a step drill bit and I want to say it was the 3/4" step that fits the grommet. Measure yours just to make sure.
