Im not sure if anyone has checked out the X's on cardomain lately, but i just checked today and saw a bunch of em with 20's. I dunno how so many peope have 20's and im sure they must rub like crazy. How do they drive around like that, and is it possible to get 20's without it rubbing. Not that want 20's cos they look way to big for the X, 19s shud be the biggest that are put on. Oh and theres this one guy with bags on the X with 20's. Never knew there were that many people out there that fixed up X's.

the new body style xj has 20's as an option. they look great on there. but 20's on an x-type?!? that doesn't look right.

and yes ford made a dumbass move on taking the mondeo and getting jaguar to accept it in their line up.
now jaguar should have an "entry level" model with the affordablityof an x-type, just not the way they screwed that one up.

I'd say though that maybe it'd be a good idea if he were to tone down some of his comments, in the present company........ie - Jag owners to a man!

heres another reason 20's on an x-type are gay. the rack and pinion steering system that the x-type has isn't strong enough to take the force and abuse it will absorb with 30 series or even 35 series low profile tires that are likely going to be mounted on those 20's. the rack and pinion bushings, the rack itself, and tire rod ends wear out or flat out break.
