had my copy of the maintenance schedule in hand when I dropped car off. my regulat mechanics,who hated working on my rover. they love that I got a jag. anywho... they do the thorough check and come back and ask me if I got the car from a relative. I got the 02 sport with less than 56k when I bought it, for $13k w/ warranty. thinking something had to be wrong...nope, new brake pads, new pollen filter, new fuel filter, and had i not requested they do the oil and filter needed nothing! man what a relief after owning a rover for a 1.5 yrs and putting close to $4k in regular maintenance. what a great ride. people checking out your ride, the wife loves it, my 3yr old daughter loves the leaper on the hood and I have panache for days. oh yeah total cost for 60k check?... $68. happy motoring, Bill

be sure to check the brake fluid too.it tends go bad quickly inXs and should be changed every 2 years.
