I have a 2003 x type that illuminated the ABS and Ck Eng light after a front left side wheel bearing replacement. There is also a slight rubbing sound (regular and intermittent) from the front left side. Codes c1165 and c1000. I have replaced the speed sensor- no change. I think it may be the speed sensor ring- if it is, how do I get to it (is it easy to replace?) and where might I find one?

Its a possibility they either put the wrong wheel bearing in or they put it in backwards because one side of the bearing is magnetic

 

Thanks- I'll check that out- which way should the mag side of the bearing face?
