But...you can buy an aftermarket DVD/NAV with bluetooth and all that for a few hundred dollars more. Way too expensive for some wires in my opinion.

I bought mine used a few years back and if you are a true audiophile and don't want to install an aftermarket sound system the ACM is the only way to go.
Unfortunately Jag don't make these any more so when one comes up they Go for big money.
Last year the Jag dealer in Tampa had a few in stock. I'd check around if you want one. The dealers sell them for around $370ish. And they are reasonably simple to install.

 

A true audiophile would not use any OEM stereo.....and pay a ton of money for an adapter like this. Just my 2 cents. They would gut the OEM system and install a better one with more functions for much less. This car is pretty old and the OEM stereo is fine for what it is...but why dump more money into a 10 year old car stereo to have one function?

This one is a little more expensive than some of the other ones I have seen. I had a Dynavin in my BMW and it was great....easy install. There are things out there that have full navigation, bluetooth, everything in one and plug and play. Why waste all the money for bluetooth, MP3....when you can get something all in one package. Just throwing this out for info. Search around for aftermarket options.

 

Wow that looks like a killer system. Not sure I want to put that much into a 2002 car, but I agree, it's looks nice.
