I tried installing a double din stereo in my 03 X-Type. It does not fit and even when I forced it in the air/heat would not blow out the vents (blocking the heater box). This lets me know that Double Dins are not meant for the X-Type except the stock radio. Has anyone installed one without any problems?? BTW the Stereo I installed that was a problem was a Dbl Din JVC KW-XS68. Thanks for your help!!

I have a 2002 X-type. The radio plays fine but the lcd screen is messed up. Does anyone know where I can get another screen for it?
