I have a 2004 Jaguar X-type with the premium alpine sound system i would like to install 2 12`type r`s but keep the stock navigation head unit. everything is wired in but an line-out converter and the remote wire.

My question is what do i connect the line-out converter to and what wire - color would help
Should i run remote wire to the lighter

just plug it up to rear speakers, and then find a power wire that turns off when car is off on the factory amp
