Air con on all the time - Resolved

As soon as i turn my blower on the AC light comes on and wont go off even if i press the AC button. The heater does get hot though when i turn the heater dial round. Is that how it should be or has a relay gone wrong ? I dont want my aircon running all the time.

No, it wasn't the auto button. In the handbook it says the aircon comes on with any setting you have with the windscreen symbol on. That is 5 positions on my car. Mine is the manual type with no auto option. It only works if the blower is turned on.
