Air con not working correctly

Hi,

I have got a 2004 X-Type diesel 2.0 Sport and in general it has been pretty good, I've done a round 70K miles in 3 years and she has behaved well; until now!

The air con works fine until I stop (with the engine running), then the windscreen fogs up and the a/c get warm, occasionally this happens on the move but very rarely.

Any ideas??

I don't know about the diesel but there is a TSB for modifying the compressor valve for better operation of the compressor. S-Type 3.0 and X-Types are affected.

Either low on freon or poor cooling at idle(or both) which bob is gonna link a tsb about modifying the compressor. These are the 2 first things to look at.
