after a long wait in a few days my amplifier will arive, i allready have the subwoofer , the amp is from a S-type and i hope that it will work on my x type, i wold only like to connect the amp to the subwoofer and not to the door speakers. my question is which pins should i use to connect the subowoofer , i don't have any harness i will only use wires and small connectors .

 

If you connect the amp to the car then you will have to connect all the speakers as well, not just the sub, it won't work the way you intend. With the amp in the loop the speaker outputs from the head unit are not functioning.

 

if your set up does not work I can sell you the stock amp I took from my premium sound X type 52k Miles. I may have the connectors too because I used the power supply to make the new AM work and connected the wires to it.

 

that's to bad , i only got alpine speakers on the front
