06 X-Type Sport. Factory premium audio - no mods. No CDC. Has Bluetooth. No problems.

Last night, I get into the car and turn it on. No audio output. CD is playing, radio presets are all there - just no audio output. Also, doesn't recognize phone.

I go out to the garage half-hour later, everything works just fine - but phone pairing and address book have disappeared.

I re-paired the phone this morning, and now everything's working fine again.

Any thoughts on what happened? Has this ever happened to anyone else? Gremlins?

CD Changer gremlin possibly? I have that issue every now and then. Not exactly sure what it is, and haven't had time to figure it out as of late.

Well I see now that you dont have a CDC. Not sure what to tell you now
