Default Auto Leveling HID - Stepper motor short to ground

Hi All,

- My auto-leveling HID headlights are not raising up to the right level (not moving at all).
- OBD2 scan reports: B2611 - Right headlamp stepper motor circuit - short to ground
- OBD2 reports sensible readings for both front and rear level sensors (that feed into the auto-levelling unit)

- I've checked the feed to the headlight unit - no shorts to ground on any of the 4 stepper motor outputs at the headlight connector
- I've checked the resistance on the two stepper motor coils (4 terminals) inside the headlight - 12.5 Ohm across both circuits, and no short between circuits

Any bright ideas what the issue might be? I haven't checked anything in the auto-leveling unit itself - but not sure what I could realistically test in there.

Could swap left and right headlights to confirm if the problem stays on one side or swaps over... but that invovles removing the bumper

Cheers!
