I have bought X Type 2002 3.0 V6 car and battery lamp is on, but not always, in the car is not original battery and I don't know how to find out what is the original battery for that car and what power? Because I think that is the problem.
In the service they say that I have to bring in the car and they have to test it but it is to expensive so if you can help me?

mehnihma, our cars use a Type 94R battery. You want something with atleast 700 CCA. With this information, it is then up to what brand of battery that you go with. May want to do a little bit of looking around. I know here in the USA, there are really only 2 battery manufacturers and everyone buys one of their batteries and then puts their own stickers on the outside. So, whether you get the cheapo battery or the top of the line one, as long as it is from the same ultimate manufacturer, you will see no difference between them other than maybe the warranty that comes with the battery.
