Hi everybody i am worndering if a body kit off of XP is worthed, i want to make my X-type standout a bit from the norm since i see so many in my area now, What do you guys think? Also if not what are some suggests you guys have that might help achive this goal?

Yes it's worthit,actually ive seen it in town on the xtype and as a matter of fact i want it too on my cat. i would suggest include the borla exhaust system, and man you will stand out. If you dont mind spending more cash get Arden body kit.

yea the exust really isnt a bad price at all . Umm quick question though if i put those 2 items on would that void my warrenty? My dad is pals with the dealer but idk if that would help, but lets say just straight up would that mess up the warrenty i hope not. I mean i understand the bodykit and all they dont pay for but insurance can take care of that, but saying engine and all that, as long as i dont touch the engine?

ask the dealer, they will tell you for sure.

 

Drilling holes will void the rust warranty..something to consider..

haahah yea, it is such a bad habbit, ever since my buddies made me text messsage i started spelling like that. It annoys me cause i find myself doing it on my important collage papers. I want to do it, but the warrenty is important, i wouldnt want to mess that up. However maybe i can work something out with them.

Yea true, its a little expensive, it wouldnt be much of a big deal for me but i just put togerther my saltwater fish tank and that ran me a few G's . By the way do you have the exsust that you mentioned?

 

hey i found a lower mesh kit for 150 shipped is that a good deal or can i find better?

 

ok so i ordered the lower mesh, the next part im going to buy is the exhaust system. That is probably going to take a few months though becase i still have about 200 to pay off on my fish tank.

 

What website should i buy the Borla exhaust off of? I heard that it is not the full set up at jaguar XP or is it fine? thanks

 

have my exhaust from jaguar xp, lowest price so far, cant get any different exhaust fro the xtype other than that of borla unless you customize your pipes.

 

ok, so i stopped my deal on the lower mesh kit and decided im just going to go all out and buy a body kit, that includes it. IS there a place where i can get the kit already done in black?

 

Not sure but I think they need to be prepped primed and painted..first

So i got the ok from my dad and the dealer for a body kit! As soon as i find a good one i can plant that baby on then post some pics!

 

still cant find a full arden body kit, is that the arden on jaguarXP?
