Default Brake Pad Replacement

My '07 is ready for a new set of pads. I would prefer to have all four pads from the same manufacturer and the same type/manufacture, however, I am finding that there are tons of suppliers for rear brake pads but not nearly as many for the front and fewer still that offer sets of four. I am leaning towards ceramic (for cleanliness reasons) but I am open to all. Is there a brand or a product that seems to be viewed as superior to the others or are they all comparable as far as performance and life expectancy? Costs seem to range widely. Thoughts?

Ive had good luck with the EBC on my car and motorcycle.
Just make sure you break them in properly
