Hey jim where do i go though to get the 15% off. I started this post to find the site to enter in scooby doo and I can't remember the site to go to! car-stuff.com has the same exact price on there stuff as autoparts warehouse. Hey somekidz, the ebc have coatings on them and ebc brakes actually says when they drill them they The wider slot actually draws cool air across the pad surface keeping pads and rotors cooler. They also expel dust, dirt and hot gases better than fine slots which eventually fill with rust and scale and become ineffective in our opinion.
The blind drilled holes break down surface gases when braking from speed but do not weaken the rotor cross section as can happen with through drilling, thereby lessening the chance of rotors cracking over time and heavy use.
This was taken directly from ebcbrakes.com

here's the link...

What do you guys think about the Ultimax black anodized rotors? As far as quality vs. the regular kind. What does this mean?

Zinc anodised for European cars and imports

Black anodised for USA domestic vehicles

why do american cars get the black anodized and euro cars get zinc anodised?????

I'd be interested in hearing as well, since I'm not sure. One looks cooler (in my opinion), but is less expensive...which I presume means it's not as great quality, who knows! So, yeah, I wouldn't mind finding out as well.

That's what I was thinking but the black ones look better but usually you get what you pay for might apply!
