Brakes binding
Hi
I am new to this forum, thank you for allowing me to join.
I have an x type 2ltr Diesel saloon 04. I recently bleed the bakes right through following MOT failure. During the process I changed all the brake pads front and rear. I now have a front nearside brake binding. I have changed the caliper and brake hose cleaned and greased the caliper slides but still binding only on N/S. If I raise the brake pedal with my foot underneath it releases. However, the brake lights then remain on. So I have removed the brake switch all is then ok. When I reinstall the brake switch, after pulling the ratchet out and adjusting. the brakes continue to bind again!! Any ideas have I missed something oblivious?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
