Default A/C compressor oil recharge

PDF file online says PAG 100, auto shops say PAG 46. Jaguar says they have no idea.

(2003 2.5 X-type)

???

Thanks, Chris

A car air conditioning specialty shop in Las Vegas said PAG 46. The PDF chart that says PAG 100 appears to be wrong.

Found one that says 68 or 46. Don't know what to think. Scroll down to the Jaguar section: http://www.autototal.ro/dmdocuments/...hr%20Hella.pdf

I use PAG 100 but I live/work in TEXAS so it is not a cool weather clime.
I don't think it will be a life/death decision but Virginia Beach does not seem to be much cooler than Texas.

Either one will work and I would not lose sleep with the choice.
